Kate has been fortunate enough to have worked in advertising across three different continents. She started her career in London in the mid '80s, before joining Saatchi & Saatchi in Singapore in 1992. When the Saatchi brothers left the agency they had founded, she did too, helping them open M&C Saatchi offices in Singapore and Malaysia.

Over the next decade, Kate worked with brands as diverse as BMW, Holiday Inn, Whirlpool and Coca-Cola as they developed strategies to reach the new Asian consumers. In 2003, M&C Saatchi opened in Los Angeles with Kate as Chief Strategy Officer.
